The PR Boutique was founded in September 2009 by Aoife Horgan and Cathy Cowan. The Dublin-based company is a niche public relations agency focusing solely on the fashion and beauty sector, an area that encompasses their passion, strengths and expertise. With over ten years experience in the industry between them, Aoife and Cathy have developed an enviable reputation by going the 'extra yard' to understand their clients' business, building a unique and personalised PR strategy which has consistently delivered the best results for their brands.

Aoife has worked with some of the biggest international names in the beauty business, from New Zealand skincare brand Trilogy to co-ordinating fragrance launches with Victoria Beckham, Beyonce and Kate Moss.

Cathy, a former fashion editor on Irish Tatler magazine, has gained an invaluable insight into what the media require from a brand. Combining her extensive knowledge of fashion editorial and savvy PR skills, there are few working in the business today who can offer a practical understanding in both arenas.
